Join Ivy as she shares experience and wisdom from her own transformational journey of self-worth, along with useful tools for growth. Ivy will teach you about the different types of limiting beliefs, where they come from, and how they affect you. She will also lead you through a couple of thought provoking activities and share with you her four pillars of self-love, which she knows from her own experience are the foundation for transformational growth.
