Inside and Out: wearing your authenticity and confidence

How we feel about ourselves is everything – it is the foundation on which we’re building our lives. So much of what informs our perspective has been conditioned into us, absorbed unconsciously & without our choice. We’re encouraged to look outward for answers & validation & have become less connected to our own wisdom of what is right for us (body, job, relationships). We’ve been conditioned to conform toward the collective & away from our inner truth.

When we’re ready, we can choose to update our belief system. Notice what it’s like to be us, now. What is the state of how we feel about ourselves now? What do we want more of/less of?
