Cooking with Greens and Whole Grains

Most people are aware of the health benefits of eating whole grains and dark leafy greens but they are unfamiliar with how to prepare them. Eating dark leafy greens and whole grains can give you abundant energy as well as prevent or reverse disease!! This class is designed to help you understand simple ways to use whole grains and dark leafy greens in your daily diet. It will also cover the basics of healthy cooking. The class includes a set of recipes to use at home. Come hungry because we will be sampling everything that we prepare. As of January 1, 2018 my cancellation policy is as follows: The class fee is non-refundable, however, if you cancel up to 72 hours ahead (Monday before your class) I will issue a credit for a future class. If you cancel after that, you will forfeit your class fee. Thank you for understanding
